Micromegas Detector

Micromegas (Micro-Mesh Gaseous Structure) is a high-performance micro-pattern gaseous detector (MPGD). Its core structure consists of a thin metallic micro-mesh and a readout anode plane, separated by a narrow gap of only tens to one hundred micrometers, across which a high electric field is applied. This design enables the ionization electrons, produced by charged particles in the gas, to rapidly drift into the gap and induce large avalanche signals, thereby achieving submillimeter spatial resolution and nanosecond-level time response.

Based on patented thermal bonding method and strict quality control system, we can offer reliable large-size Micromegas detectors.
