JCF032EB - Pulse Processing Chip
Description:
JCF032EB is a multi-channel readout chip designed for nuclear radiation detector readout. It has energy and time readout functions with low noise and low power consumption. It has a convenient readout control logic and can easily implement various readout schemes such as sparse, adjacent, and full-channel. The chip is suitable for gas or semiconductor particle detectors such as Si-PIN, CZT, GEM, etc. It adopts external charge distribution method and can also be used for photomultiplier tube detectors and etc.
Each channel includes a charge-sensitive preamplifier, filter shaping circuit (main amplifier), peak detection holding circuit and timing circuit, etc.

-Magnification is adjustable;;
-Preamplifier feedback capacitor is optional;
