Micro-channel Plate

Microchannel plate is a two-dimensional electron multiplier array composed of millions of tiny channel electron multipliers, which is an element that multiplies the two-dimensional spatial distribution of electron flow. Microchannel plate is the core element of the micro-light image intensifier. As a channel-type electron multiplier with fast time response and two-dimensional spatial resolution, it can also directly detect various high-energy particles and rays. It can produce standard microchannel plates for Φ16mm, Φ25mm, Φ33mm and Φ36mm image intensifiers and other microchannel plates for various special purposes, with an annual output of more than 100000 pieces.

Application: Micro-light image intensifier, micro-channel plate photomultiplier tube, X-ray image intensifier, other photoelectric detection and enhancement devices.

-Can be plated with a variety of film: in addition to nickel-chromium alloy plating, you can also choose gold, alumina, magnesium fluoride, potassium bromide, cesium iodide and other different materials;

-Optional high-gain, long-life MCP: Through ALD technology, you can improve gain and extend life;

-Various specifications can be customized: it can manufacture microchannel plates with different shapes, sizes (Φ16mm ~ Φ150mm), effective area, thickness and special surface types (such as spherical surface and cylindrical surface).
