GD5221 Charge Sensitive Preamplifier

Description：

The GD5221 is a miniaturized charge sensitive preamplifier. The preamplifier is specially optimized for semiconductor detectors. The system noise reaches a very low level.

It is especially suitable for gold-silicon surface barrier detectors and PIPS ion implantation、Silicon detectors, Cadmium zinc telluride detectors, etc. The preamp is powered by a single power supply and can provide: +12V, +5V two versions, and the preamp can work in low power mode (power consumption less than 3mW) and High performance mode (power consumption less than 100mW.
